Our office is located within Baldwin Park in Orlando, Florida. The principal, Ernesto Gonzalez-Chavez, has upheld the integrity of the firm throughout the years. Our staff is comprised of a solid team of professionals that bring together a broad range of talent and experience. Our quality of service has allowed us to garner many long-time repeat clients.

In addition to Architecture, AIP provides Planning, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Contract Management, Interior Planning and Consulting Services. We have performed the planning for many projects which have resulted in a more efficient use of the land, as well as a lower construction cost from modifying the least amount of land necessary. Which sets a favorable tone with the surrounding property owners.
We also provide special services such as Owner Representation to absent owners. We have become adept at coordinating with outside design professionals, when necessary, while still overseeing every aspect of the project.
We only select and specify materials that do not go beyond the needs of the client for the specific function.
In addition, we analyze every building component for the maximum use and select items that the owner can purchase directly thereby reducing the contractors' soft cost.
During the design process, we constantly check with tradespeople to learn new system applications that might decrease the total project cost.
Our portfolio includes a myriad of projects including Religious Facilities, Athletic Facilities, Commercial Buildings, Tourist Attractions and Assisted Living Facilities.
